The City Forester determines the health and condition of City trees and whether a tree should be removed or poses a hazard to the public. The Forestry Division also handles cleanup of debris from City-owned trees.

To report a downed or damaged City-owned tree, submit a Tree Problem request form or contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 563-589-4263.

After regular office hours: If a City tree or limb is blocking a street, contact Non-Emergency Dispatch at 563-589-4415.
